Before moving to Minnesota from Atlanta, Georgia, Elaine was a loan officer, supervised bank operations, and co-piloted the start up of various bank regulatory compliance departments. Elaine is a licensed insurance agent with experience in workers compensation, environmental/life/property and casualty insurance.
