Ms. Dong practices general intellectual property law with an emphasis on trademark law, commercial agreements, licensing, technology transfer and IP enforcement, including trademark cancellation and opposition proceedings before the USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Ms. Dong practiced 3 years in property transaction law in Australia. Prior to that, she worked in international trade industry in Australia and China.
