Mr. Marshik practices general intellectual property law focusing on U.S. and international patent procurement and strategy.
Mr. Marshik earned his degree in chemical engineering from the University of North Dakota. While at the University of North Dakota, Mr. Marshik spent time researching the computational fluid dynamics of objects during orbital reentry. Mr. Marshik practices in a variety of technical areas including the mechanical, material science, and chemical arts.
