Mr. Larson practices general intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent procurement and strategy; post-patent issuance practice such as reissues and reexaminations (ex parte and inter partes); patent novelty, infringement and validity opinions; and client counseling for both established and emerging businesses.
Seven years with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. First as a Patent Examiner and then as a Primary Patent Examiner, Mr. Larson examined patent applications on technologies such as gas and steam turbines and components, pumps, helicopters, and wind turbines.
