Mr. Kavathekar practices general intellectual property law with an emphasis on U.S. and international patent procurement and strategy. He practices on a variety of technologies including electrical, software, mechanical, and material science arts. His practice focuses on counseling clients on U.S. and international patent portfolio procurement, management and development; patentability, infringement, validity, and freedom to operate opinions; and IP acquisition, licensing, and due diligence agreements.
