Ms. Lee assists the firm attorneys in domestic and international patent prosecution matters, as well as various IP issues related to Korea. Before joining HSML, Ms. Lee prosecuted patent cases in telecommunication, electronic device, semiconductor and material engineering before the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) for several years, as well as representing clients before the Patent Court of Korea.
Ms. Lee has prosecuted patent cases in telecommunication, electronic device, semiconductor and material engineering before the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) for 10 years. Ms. Lee has represented clients before the Patent Court of Korea. Ms. Lee has worked as a legal intern to help attorneys at an IP firm in New York.
