Experience

Ms. Wu practices general intellectual property law with an emphasis on trademark law, commercial agreements, licensing, technology transfer and intellectual property enforcement. Ms. Wu clerked with the Public Defender’s Office for the 10th Judicial District, Minnesota, and worked at the City Attorney’s Office in Nanjing, China as an assistant prosecutor. Ms. Wu has experience in intellectual property litigation and is familiar with court practices. Ms. Wu also advises on trademark issues related to intellectual property licensing, trademark registration, joint venture, and general international business transactions with Taiwan and China.
